NEWVILLE, Pa. The Frostburg State men's cross country team ran to a 31st place finish on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional meet at Dickinson College. Meet officials announced prior to the start of the meet that it was the largest ever NCAA cross country regional at any of the three levels.
