FROSTBURG, Md. - Frostburg State University head coach Dale Luy continues to build his Bobcat track & field programs into some of the strongest and deepest teams in the region. Entering his eighth year at the helm, Luy has built his men's team to nearly 70 student-athletes, the largest during his tenure, and he boasts his most talented and deepest women's team to date and he feels his squads are in prime position for a run at the both the indoor and outdoor Capital Athletic Conference Titles.
