YOUNGWOOD, Pa. Senior Bryn Allston posted her best time of the season as she led the Frostburg State women's cross country team to a first place finish at the Aaron Slafka Memorial Cross Country Invitational hosted by Pitt-Greensburg and Westmoreland County Community College, Saturday morning.
